Most recently, I expanded my practice to include online and telephone therapy. In this role,I have served a diverse population with an array of support needs.

I am a trauma informed therapist trained in narrative therapy; internal family systems; strength based solution focussed therapy, as well as cognitive behaviour therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression and trauma. In addition, I support individuals through life transitions particularly in relation to relationships, employment and grief.

I work from a place of genuine connection. Through this connection, I am confident that that we will co create solutions that will enable you to successfully manage life’s stresses with grace. We will work together to improve stress and conflict management, while deepening your capacity to observe behaviour patterns and enact positive change.

Through observation you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself, particularly how you think, feel and act in relation to life events. By guiding your recognition and awareness, I hope to assist you in fostering a growing sense of both acceptance and self-compassion.
